To enroll in the on-farm clergy continuining education course "Tending the Shepherds Who Tend the Flocks:  Toward “Holy Health” in Pastor and People:

1. Download the 2012 HOPE CSA Course Brochure, complete it, and send it in with deposit.
2. OR, send the following email, including:
   1. • Contact information (name, postal mailing address, home phone, office phone mobile phone, email address, congregation/organization name)
      • Preferred group (Third Monday, Third Thursday, Third Friday) beginning in February (through January, excluding December)
      • Method and amount of payment (check or PayPal).  You may pay in full (annual course fee $770), or pay a deposit now and the balance in monthly installments for ten months.  Note:  Those paying $100 down prior to December 31, 2011 will receive a ten percent discount on the course fee.  Those paying after December 31 are asked to put $300 down.
3. Send payment either by PayPal link on this page, or by mailing a check to HOPE CSA, Inc., 10373 N 300 E, North Manchester, Indiana 46962.
